    Contact forms/email

    Purpose: Responding to your information request submitted through the contact form(s).

    Legal basis: The legal basis legitimizing this processing is the User's consent, which can be revoked at any time.

    Data transfer: Personal data will be processed through servers managed by Squarespace, which will be considered the Data Processor.

    Newsletter signup forms

    Purpose: Sending communications, some of which may be commercial, of interest to Users according to the website's theme. As established by the LSSICE, The Revenue Team commits not to send commercial communications without identifying them as such. For these purposes, information sent to clients for the maintenance of the existing contractual relationship, if applicable, will not be considered commercial communication.

    Legal basis: The legal basis legitimizing this processing is the User's consent, which can be revoked at any time.

    Data transfer: Personal data will be processed through servers managed by MailerLite, which will be considered the Data Processor.

  • Only individuals over the age of 14 may provide personal data on this website. As required by the LOPD and GDD, for minors under the age of 14, parental or guardian consent will be a mandatory condition to process their personal data.

    Furthermore, only individuals over the age of 18 may contract our services. For minors under the age of 18, parental or legal guardian consent will be a mandatory condition to avail of the services offered, except in cases where the minor is emancipated.

  • Users of The Revenue Team website are informed that we have implemented security measures, both technical and organizational, within our capabilities to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of data. The User will be responsible for the accuracy of their data and will be solely liable for any conflicts or disputes that may arise due to the falsity of such information.   • The Revenue Team will not transfer or disclose your data to any third party, except as legally required or when strictly necessary for the provision of a service. Specifically, data may be shared with:

    - Payment service providers

    - Courier and logistics companies

    - Third parties or intermediaries acting as service providers on our behalf (such as tax advisors, consultants, etc.)

    Data transfers will be conducted with the utmost confidentiality, employing necessary measures such as signing confidentiality agreements or adhering to their privacy policies as stated on their respective websites. The User may refuse the transfer of their data to Data Processors by written request, using any of the methods mentioned above.

    Furthermore, in cases where necessary, client data may be disclosed to specific authorities to comply with legal obligations, such as the Spanish Tax Agency, Labor Inspection, etc.

  • The LOPD (Spanish Data Protection Act) and the GDPR grant individuals the right to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. To do so, the User must submit a request, along with documentation proving their identity (ID card or passport), via email to hola@therevenueteam.es. This communication must include the following information: the User's full name, the purpose of the request, their address, and supporting documentation.

    The exercise of rights must be carried out by the User themselves. However, these rights can also be exercised by an authorized representative acting on behalf of the User, provided that appropriate documentation proving such representation is provided.

    The User may request the exercise of the following rights:

    • Right to request access to personal data: This is the right to obtain information on whether their personal data is being processed, the purpose of such processing, details on the data's origin, and any disclosures made or planned regarding this data.

    • Right to request rectification: In cases where personal data is incorrect or inaccurate, the User has the right to request its correction or deletion if it is deemed inadequate or excessive.

    • Right to request restriction of processing: In this case, only data strictly necessary for the exercise or defense of legal claims will be retained by The Revenue Team.

    • Right to object to processing: This refers to the right of the data subject to object to the processing of their personal data, including for direct marketing purposes or automated decision-making based solely on automated processing, unless there are legitimate grounds for such processing or it is necessary for the exercise or defense of legal claims.

    • Right to data portability: If the User wishes their data to be processed by another company, The Revenue Team will provide them with their data in a portable format.

    If consent has been given for a specific purpose, the User has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

    We commit to executing all these rights within the maximum legal timeframe (1 month).

    If a User believes there is an issue with how The Revenue Team is handling their data, they may direct their complaints to the Security Officer or the relevant data protection authority, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency being the appropriate authority in Spain.

  • Personal data of Users who use the contact form or send us an email requesting information will be processed for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the information request or until consent is revoked.

    Personal data of Clients will be processed until the end of the contractual relationship. The retention period for personal data will be kept to the minimum necessary, and may be maintained for:

    • 4 years: Law on Infringements and Sanctions in the Social Order (obligations regarding affiliation, registration, deregistration, contributions, salary payments...); Articles 66 and following of the General Tax Law (accounting books...)

    • 5 years: Article 1964 Civil Code (personal actions without a special deadline)

    • 6 years: Article 30 Commercial Code (accounting books, invoices...)

    • 10 years: Article 25 Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism

    Indefinitely: disaggregated and anonymized data.

  • The Revenue Team has profiles on some of the major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn), acknowledging in all cases that it acts as the Data Controller for the data of its followers, fans, subscribers, commentators, and other user profiles (hereinafter referred to as followers) published by The Revenue Team.

    The purpose of data processing by The Revenue Team, where permitted by law, will be to inform its followers about its activities and offers through any means permitted by the social network, as well as to provide personalized customer service. The legal basis legitimizing this processing is the consent of the interested party, which can be revoked at any time.

    Under no circumstances will The Revenue Team extract data from social networks unless the User has expressly and specifically consented to it (for example, for participation in a contest).

  • The information provided by the User will always be considered confidential and cannot be used for purposes other than those described here. The Revenue Team commits not to disclose or reveal information about the User's requests, the reasons for the advice sought, or the duration of their relationship with The Revenue Team.
